This is to date my biggest photography challenge.
I started Baginton Photography Club on 14th September 2009, and it was a great success.
14 people turned out to the first session, we had a fantastic model and a full studio setup,and importantly was the teas and biscuits.

1 month to prepare for the next session now.

Portrait Session

Under the professional guidance of one of the top portrait photographers, Damien McGuillidy, I recently along with a small group of photographers from the SWPP attended a studio session.

Simone and Edward

Im slightly behind in updating my blog, but this last weekend I was fortunate to photograph the wedding of Simone and Edward in Worcestor. The couple invited myself and assistant to a bbq the night before which gave us a great chance to get to know the guests and family. The weather could not have been better and myself and assistant had a great day.

Lisa

The following images were shot on 18th July at Coombe Abbey, Coventry.

We were fortunate to have a warm dry day with some reasonable light to enable us to get some great photos from the day. Lisa was very comfortable and also seemed to enjoy the day.

Simone & Edwards Engagement Shoot

Simone and Ted were a very enthusiastic couple to photograph, they were up for pretty much everything thrown at them, and both myself and them had a great time, so much so that they have booked again for a more formal shoot this week.

The photographs were taken at Coombe Abbey Country Park on an early Saturday morning. I can imagine that their wedding in August will be as much fun for me as I hope it will be from them and I'm sure they will keep me on my toes.

Victoria Bridal Shoot

The following images were shot on 13th June at Baginton Church, Warwickshire.

All week the weather was looking like we were heading for a wet and windy weekend, keeping my fingers crossed I was hoping that it would change and at least be dry, but infact it turned out to be an extremely hot day. In the end we were faced with some very harsh sunlight around 13:00 when the sun was nice and high, leaving myself and the bride searching for shaded areas.
